Just to point out that the name of this doctor is ALFARO, not Alfonso.
Dr Miguel Alfaro Dávila.
All I can say is that he is one of the best -if not the best- PS in CR.

Hi, i am a patient of Dr. Alfonso i had a face lift and some other cosmetic surgery done in May of 1999.i was living in fort lauderdale Fl.I am now looking to speak with him about more cosmetic surgery,He was the head of the burn center at that time,and his office was across from the san jose hospital downtown costa rica.i am in need of gettin ahold of him.
