When you're learning about something new, it's easy to feel overwhelmed by the sheer amount of relevant information available. This informative site should help you focus on the central points. - William B. Doyle, http://www.wbdoyle.com/tsfls/

When looking for an online dental insurance finder, it is always a good idea to approach companies that have a good reputation and track record in the dental benefits industry. Doing this can ensure that you obtain a reputable dental insurance service.

One really needs to research dentists and their qualifications In medical or dental tourism in Costa Rica--especially for advanced dental procedures such as dental implants, bone grafts and sinus lifts. While there are mnay doctors capable of tooth whitening--there is a significant drop off in skill levels when it comes to advanced procedures.

Regrettably, I have learned this the hard way. I endured a bad bone graft at Prisma Dental that has to be redone in a few months. The original dentists were prominent on the Internet in blogs and their own attractive website. However, my bone grafts were improperly done by Dr. Cordero of Prisma Dental and I required hospital treatment post surgery. There follow up was non-existent, and I have lost time, endured pain, and had a bad result. Too many doctors and dentists are obsessed with American dental tourism and the quality and standards are suspect. I am still researching many dental practices--but for now I would counsel to avoid Prisma Dental and Dr. Rubenstein and Dr. Cordero. They are not qualified to perform implant surgery in my opinion.

Hmm, I plan to go in April this year. Maybe my long overdue teeth whitening wont break the bank. My dentist qouted me something close to $900 which seems crazy
